I am a trainer and I used to belong to the camp of thinking obesity was a choice. The irony is that i have suffered from obesity. Although ive always been muscular in most of my adult life. I still struggled to lose and keep weight off. I am someone who has always understood energy balance and the importance of protein and weight training during weight loss. And i still struggled. I can't imagine the struggle the general population who knows nothing of those things.

So keto and intermittent fasting worked exceptionally well, and ceasing to do those things reversed their progress. Color me shocked!
