I tried the free version. But i find it is dumb. It does not understand the code in the whole file. Chapgpt is much better

It's just 2000 completions and also let you know it was not up to the mark it will help you definately but you must know what you are looking for and that will be a best way or it was recommended some approach that effect your site performance.

Codium is much MUCH better for the amazing price of free, copilot free's 2000 code completions a month is quite bad considering you could have something almost on par (and imo, better) for absolutely free (and is free for almost all IDEs, not just VSC)

Codeium is way better than this cause it's actually free for normal use and there's no such limit of 2000 completions etc.

Well, you guys did it. I'm seriously considering getting into an actual engineering field where more physical handwork is required and one that best prepares me to profit from the next automation wave: really good robots Robots. Once all physical tasks are automated, that is when nobody has a job anymore.

But with agents coming and AI companies working hard of getting rid of developers under the coat of just augmenting them, the developers days are definitely numbered, and I like to have options when I get fired due to lack of clients needing a developer
