👉 Storyline: "The White Buffalo, 1977"
Wild dreams of a huge white buffalo keep coming back to Bill Hickok, so he goes all over the West to find the animal. Crazy Horse, a great Lakota fighter, meets Hickok on the way. Crazy Horse is also looking for the giant white bull that killed his daughter. Hickok and Crazy Horse work together to get rid of the buffalo.

Gene Siskel of the Chicago Tribune gave the movie two stars out of four and said it was "a hunting story that can be read in a lot of different ways." A movie about two people who hate each other: Hickok, who hates Indians, and Crazy Horse, who hates white men. Racism dies when people are brave. This theme needs more work, which is a shame. The story, which is based on a book by Richard Sale, instead includes a typical bar fight and a meeting between Charles Bronson and an old friend (Kim Novak).
