I took a white buffalo self defense course at the Y. Some say the way to beating a white buffalo is the famous "two fingered snout poke", but that's risky. The trick is to move in circles, use your jab alot in early rounds. Middle rounds go work on the body. By round 10 it should be ready to drop.
