Understanding climate transition scenarios - David Carlin

We will review emerging regulatory actions around climate risk management, including climate disclosure standards and climate stress tests. Participants will learn about international initiatives such as the work of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and the Network to Green the Financial System (NGFS) and its objectives.

This session will facilitate the understanding of climate transition scenarios and integrated assessment models (IAMs). The most recent scenarios from the Network to Green the Financial System (NGFS) will be presented along with a discussion of the most important variables to consider in the analysis of climatic scenarios.
