Turning 50 and Feeling It!

I know I’m not old but turning 50 brings something fun new challenges. Chad Prather is turning 50 and laughing about it.

I just turned 49, and I feel better than I have in 10 years. Life is what you make it. Lost 80 pounds and still getting in better shape. I'm going down swinging.

I feel you Chad! Once I hit 50 my body did the "Thelma & Louise" thing. It went straight off the cliff. Now it's chronic heartburn, BP meds, joints pop like a bowl of rice crispies & insomnia. My idea of a good time in bed is being able to get a full night's sleep. I use to scoff & roll my eyes at my parents & grandparents aches/pains, doctor appts etc. Now I am my parents. 🙄
