Lesson 2: Labels limit us.
This resonates with me because all my life people have called me the quiet kid. It made it harder to start talking to people because I internalized that label. I was scared to change because I would be going against everyone’s original perception of me.

Lesson 20: Believe in yourself and your limitless potential.
This is my favorite lesson because I have suffered from low self esteem for years. Maybe my low self confidence was a self fulfilling prophecy that made me fail over and over again.

Lesson 23: Make yourself proud
I want to make my past selves proud. There were so many times where I felt I was useless or my problems were impossible to overcome. I want to prove my past self wrong. I want my future self to be thankful for my present self.

Lesson 25: No regrets
This resonates with me because I have regrets about flunking out of college and not making any friends in school. I became so afraid of making mistakes that I eventually gave up on trying to be successful. I still have time to improve my life so one day I can look back with pride and not shame.

Thanks, Jim for the insightful lessons. All were solid but I was mostly struck by,
7. Our mindset shapes our reality - don’t shrink what’s possible to fit our minds but expand our minds to fit what’s possible.
18. There are no problems, only puzzles.
24. Don’t take criticism from someone you won’t take advice from.

As someone who also made their 50th journey around the Sun this year, I’m glad I found your channel. A lot of the things you share with the World I have learned on my journey towards being better than I was yesterday, but positive reinforcement is always a reassuring thing. Thank you. 😀🙏👍

Jim Kwik, a very important lesson that I have learned from you, is to NOT take “what people say” or their opinions or criticisms (even if they are wrong) too personally. That’s because their life experiences, setbacks, pain and trials they experienced, and their path in life is different than yours and mine.

All the lessons are very well defined, clear, true and it’s difficult to single out which one is the most significant or few ones that have more value. ❤ Thanks for sharing Jim.

Hearing your story, Jim about your TBI inspires me greatly. I didn't have a TBI as a child. I was born with Hypothyroidism 1968.. My parents were told I would never be able to work, to have a child, probably get get past Grade 5 level ( I am Australian). I struggled all the way through Primary Achool.and high school with learning difficulties . I am now 54, soon to be 55, and now I have brain fog. Your videos have inspired me to fix my brain, and be limitless
