I commend John Lloyd Young for his energetic and wonderful portrayal of Frankie Valli and Vincent Piazza for his incredibly believable performance as Tommy Devito. He was so good that it almost seemed real. Both of them were.

Fun fact in case you guys don't know.  This song is about Bob Gaudio losing his virginity. Remember that scene in the movie?  He wrote this song afterwards.  Listen to the lyrics.   "As I recall it ended much too soon"  "Oh what a night"

I prefer the movie to the musical because the songs don’t move the story forward in the movie and instead they’re just there as a feature in the story like a musical biopic should be (like Bohemian Rhapsody). And the performances are really solid! Especially Vincent Piazza as Tommy Devito

Wish they had done a totally acapella version of Sherry. That would be a perfect song for acapella.
