We have a place here in Philly at the reading terminal market called Hershel's. It's the best pastrami in the city imo. I get it in one of 3 variations: Pastrami egg and cheese on challah bread, on rye with mustard (ala Seany boy) or as a Reuben with sauerkraut and thousand Island on toasted rye. Absolutely scrumptious.
