Thanks boss. Today is going to be my 2nd time applying for removal of conditions because last year they believed my marraige of 7 years was weary because I travel every 6 months to see my family. Ive had to give my lawyer tons of pictures and stuff to show we are still together. And Im a British citizen born and raised with a UK passport smh

I applied I-751 on December 2021 and just got approved yesterday July 12, 2023.. it was a long wait, i even received RFE last May and submitted the requirement asked last month.

How does one apply for their N-400 when their pending I-751 is a waiver (divorce) case? Is it even possible to apply for citizenship until a favorable I-751 is granted?

Thanks for the video! Thankfully, USCIS granted my extension of permanent residency just after a month of submitting I-751. I just have a question, do I receive a new green card or the cover letter is enough for my validity of stay?

Processing times just went down by 3 months at the Texas service center from 29.5 months to 26.5 months. I almost couldn't believe it.... Can we consider this a good sign of improvement in processing times?

Heys Jim, my wife’s conditional residency expires in 8 days. We will have the application with all necessary documents/proof along with a detailed cover letter mailed priority (overnight) via USPS before the due date.
The fact that we are cutting it this close, will it adversely affect the process in any way?
