Thanks for sharing. I want to start a business in the green industry (Belgium, Europe though). I’m currently a self-employed nurse, but there is no way I can scale my business. I’m essentially stuck in my profession. Time ringer out! Your videos are truly inspiring!

Mike your advice has made such a difference to my business. This video has a lot of wisdoms usual. I also invest in landscape business corse Would love a video on how to learn to (tips ) delegate and trust employees without micro managing them. This is the biggest issue I’m having at the moment. I really want to grow as a per and a business owner and I’m sure with your wise words I will be able to continue to grow.
Thank you for everything you have done to improve this industry, we are truly blessed to have someone of your caliber helping to guide this industry.

What to do if the customer won't let you grow your business due to the customer only require myself and won't let me send another employee.

I have 2 questions. First, I am looking to buy a zero turn for a some larger properties for which I am caring. I do have a 46" Husqvarna riding mower at this time. I do not have the money on hand though not do I have good credit to get a loan. However I know this is something that would help me to grow, especially in commercial contracts. Should I just wait until I have the funds or is there a way that I could expedite that process? Second, the only truck that I have is in the shop right now. I am having to borrow my father-in-law's truck to go and mow my yards until it is back out of the shop. We do not have the money to go and buy a second vehicle right now, what would you say is a good contingency plan to have in case this happens again other than asking family or friends if I can borrow their vehicle
