I can listen to almost everyone of his albums without skipping and I used to dislike country. His voice is just too mesmerizing to ignore

I wouldn't really say Tyler sounds 90s but as someone who spent years growing up in southeastern Kentucky and has older family with those roots as well I can tell for certain his sound is Kentucky Appalachian country and I LOVE IT. you can hear it in all the "yodeling" type notes it reminds me of my grandma's and other older families style of singing I grew up with at church in kentucky.

Country will never be like it used to be. It's exactly the way it needs to be. In the 90's people used to say "bring back country the way it used to be!" Cause it was poppy and radio friendly. Now it's classic country to 25 year olds... But in another perspective they were saying the same shit when Waylon and Willie were in their prime. Radio didnt play them either just like Childers and Colter. Pop always ruled the airwaves. The good shit just out lives it. Also

Southern af here, grew up listening to country/folk/bluegrass and lost faith in the industry the second Luke Brian entered my brainspace. Tyler brought me back to my roots. I picked up my banjo for the first time in years, learned mandolin, started singing how I did growing up. I'm so happy.

I love him so much, Tyler’s voice and guitar playing makes me so jealous
