NOTES:

Week One:
-move your normal breakfast time back an hour
-do daily for one week
-increase good fat consumption to stabilize blood sugar

Week Two:
-move your normal breakfast time back two hours
-do daily for one week
-start taking refined carbs out of your diet: breads, pastas, cookies, cakes, desserts, sodas
-keep increasing good fat

Week Three:
-go 13-15hrs everyday without food
-start testing blood sugar before your first meal
-should be between 70-90 and ketones should be greater than 0.5

I eat one meal every 24 to 48 hours ketogenic carnivore diet and my wife just started 24hr fasting she’s doing awesome

Thank you Dr. Mindy Pelz. I am going through menopause and I am at a stand still with my weight. It's like caring around a cast iron tub. I have subscribed to your free menopause reset down below in the description as well. I have been IF for almost a month. I feel great, energy, less joint pain, sleeping better. Overall wonderful feeling and I have that same energy that comes through in your videos.

I fast till 11am so choose either to have a late breakfast then or early lunch. Finish eating at 5pm 😁

I'm a morning person. That's why I can't really skip breakfast. I only do OMAD. And I have my meal 2 hours after I wake up. I wake up around 4am. I have my meal at 6am-7am. Or 6am-8am. I don't rush going to work because I have 2 hours to prepare myself. Take a bath, prepare everything I need before going to work. then I have my breakfast for 1-2 hours. Then I fast for the rest of the day 😊 Thank you Dr. Mindy for keeping me inspired to fast everyday. Never felt any better and healthier. ❤️

I eat everything 36-48 hours....the only way I can lose weight with premenopause. Game changer!! 🎉🎊

Thanks Dr Mindy, just a note, may not apply to everyone, but after a year of IF and Keto, my ketone readings went down substantially because my body was using them for fuel. I know a few people who are very disappointed when they start measuring their ketones and then become lower then at the beginning of their keto and IF journey. Hope that helps

I've been doing the 16/8 fasting I never really have been much of a breakfast eater anyways so I usually wait till about noon to have lunch and then I have dinner and then I'll have a snack right before I start fasting which is usually fruit and then I usually start fasting about 7:30 or 8

I used to fast all the time. Omad, 4-4 days fasts it was easy when I was super busy. Now I feel like it's so hard to get started up again. My goal is to get back to Omad eventually! Starting today! Thank you for all the great info and motivation!

I kinda starting intermittent fasting for about a week, not rigidly. I have lost 4.6 pounds!!! I have not been able to workout much due to an ankle injury. I am amazed with this. I am so interested in helping myself and other to be healed from disease and injuries. Thank you for this wisdom. By the way I am 58 years young and like you, I used to use my running as my source of losing weight and energy.

im not doing keto anymore due to hormones and bowel problems but i definatly still fast!...it really helps keep the weight off....my problem is sugar, even eatting whole food plant based now, i am still a sugaroholic!!...my sweet tooth is nuts at night so i really have to get that undercontrol....this video..kinda gave me a reset to get back into my eatting window....need to stop eatting before going to bed but also stop the sweets!...omg its hard for me...tears...thank you for the video!!
