when my light is on, my tent get to like 82-84 i have my high temp set to 78, for some reason it just does not bring the temp of my tent down. idk what im doing wrong.

So does this actually control the temperature and humidity in a grow tent or does it just increase the air transfer rate when temps/humidity rise?!
