Excellent video and tribute to Stockholm! I used to live in Swden and have been to Stockholm many times. The restaurant name is "Under the Chestnut" and indeed refers to the tree. One thing though, fika is more like a snack to me. It often involves coffee but could also just be a small sandwich and juice. That could be regional.

Please avoid tipping staff at bars and restaurants unless the service is super excellent and out of expectations. They are decently paid and service is always included.
