What a great job, Real Vision. Great video. Gread production value. This is better than anything you'd see on 60 Minutes. Excellent job.

20:20 how can the air date be May 15, 2016 if he's talking about Trump's victory in 2016 and the later victory of AOC and her rise to prominence in the Democratic party.

Just finished reading the fourth Turning so it's great to see real vision doing plenty of interviews with the authors. I actually decided to read it because Jeff Snider spoke about it and I also heard a few Economists mention it. Its a great book and it sorta confirms what I suspected. Im very much interested to see if there's any correlation between private debt cycles generational cycles.

The Vietnam War had a strong emotional hit to me. My paternal Grandfather was a cusper of Silent and Boomer generation. He was more shaped directly by his family being crippled by the Treaty of Versailles post WWI and unable to leave before WWII. He was born during the early part of the war. He immigrated to the US in 1959. Less than 10 years later he was in the war. Four years ago, I read 2, 000 names from the wall at a 1/3rd replica of the monument, being they wanted some National Guardsmen and Veterans to read the names. I saw a Budweiser left at the wall open. At first I almost threw it away, but it truly hit me. The one that didn't make it home. It was HIS cold one. And how the passionate truth becomes clear. How it shapes the Boomers.

Very relevant on this first day of June 2020 : "Financial crisis is very much linked to economic crisis, which is very often linked to military and geo-political crisis ... and it all has to be solved with one enormous effort. And once that is resolved, once that is overcome, we then get to reset all the rules of the game". In progress today ... a time of Covid-19, lockdown and "the burnings".

I get what he is talking about...we are all shaped by the environment we grew up in. Something I noticed too is that all the social movements start out as nobel, understandable, fair and honest and then they degrade and become perverted and authoritarian and move into becoming opposite of what they intended to be. For example in Washington state they are for the 2nd time trying to pass a bill that would not only legalize but mandate discrimination against whites in education, loans, housing and job placement. That is tne state of diversity programs in 2020 look how its become exactly what it was supposed to be against.

The banner over the video says "Air Date: May 15, 2016" Should that be 2019?

Generations don’t choose the crisis, crisis chooses the generation. This is putting the cart before the hours it seems like.

I find it deeply ironic that Millennials get pegged as coddled and self-important when we've spent most of our lives being denigrated by our elders and blamed for the crises we had no hand in.

This says the Air Date is May 16th, 2016, but they're discussing things that happened in the past in 2018.

Neil didn’t acknowledge the MLK Memorial which also marked a moment. It’s a 2T moment but still pivotal.
