Having a problem on Farcry 5, can anyone help me?

I just re downloaded Farcry 5 and started a new game for it and I finished the first mission and then it sent me to main menu. When I press continue it goes into install progress and freezes up at 46% and wont go up at all I've waited 20 minutes and it's done nothing. I also cant gn into the arcade cause it'll say Snowshoe-2AC61BAF and I've looked up how to fix it nothing shows up all it shows is for PC not Playstation. So I'm really upset and hoping someone might know how to help me fix this so I can finally play the game. Thnx guys 👍🤘

Mine says 82%. Right after i turned on the first cell tower and butch said “ok the fog should clear” it pooped up to that screen

Yea that happened to me if far cry 5 says error when it’s installed you have to free up some space on your ps

Had the same thing happen after liberating Dutch's island and he said to wait for the fog to clear. I deleted and reinstalled and got the same thing, so then closed the app and restarted my PS5 (actually I unplugged it for 10 seconds). When I loaded it back up, was at 96% and I had to wait a few minutes before it was fully loaded and ready to play again. This is the digital edition btw.

⚠️ I did not find a solution to fix it, maybe some people have but I haven't. I tried some ideas that were suggested and I didn’t get mine to work. So I ended up deleting the game and haven't played it since

I left it on the continue ecreen and let is download, it took me 6 hours and worked afterwards. Hope this helps😀

guys i found a solution

rebuild your data base 2 or 3 times and your instalation progress will go up

My solution:
I put in the disc, download of version 1.12 started and the game begins to install until you can start it. I started it and play the prolog. After that the game put me into main menu and say installation progress at 36% but there was no progress. So i take out the disc and turn off the ps4, than i wait 1 minute and turn it back on. Now i cleaned the disc and put it back in the console. The disc drive starts working. I didn't start the game or any other things, just waiting and listen to the working noises of the disc drive. Maybe after 15 minutes it runs stable without any stops, than i started the game again and it was completly installed.

Why does it take so long? I played 1-2 missions and after I went to the radio tower I was at 49% install progression. Wonder what's the problem

I’ve had this happen to me twice and right now when I uninstalled the game to free up space. I have no idea how to fix it and I regret it every time. This time I’ve cleaned the disk thoroughly, restarted the ps4, rebuilt the database and just waited. Nothing works

Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work, starting a new game and replaying doesn’t work, cleaning the disc didn’t work, and shutting off the PS4 didn’t work. Hm

This might work I tried and it worked you just uninstall it and reinstall it and dont continue the game let it install and look in the corner where it says the progress of the installation and check if it goes up.

After liberatimg the radio tower and it says fog will be cleared soon and then install progress appears mine says 79%.... ease help...how to fix it...

On the continue/new game screen watch top right corner. It does load but really slowly

I no how to fix it if you have a dlc and the game delete the game and download the dlcs and then download the game back that should help it to stop doing that thing I did today.
