I Crashed A Tajik Wedding At Chinese-Tajik Border 🇨🇳🇹🇯 I S2, EP90

I went to a Tajik wedding in Tashkorgan County near the border with Tajikistan. The whole village was invited and I also met the little boys from my last video again.
Tajik weddings are mainly about dancing and good food, besides the guests are dressed very beautifully as well. I wasn't really invited to this wedding, but some people I have met were just super friendly and told me I should join.

Join me to this wild Tajik Wedding experience 🎬

I am Tajik from Afghanistan. I am so happy that our beloved Tajik brothers and sisters live so happily in toshqurghan, China. I am surprised they still maintain the wedding ceremonies just like the old ways. We do our weddings just like them here in Afghanistan too. We do our weddings exactly as she was explaining to you in the car. Great episode 👍
Looking forward to the next one… ❤

You used to visit new places and new people. Now you are living their lives, at least in part. What an interesting life you are having, Yan; and it's being rewarded by the hospitality and friendliness of the people whose life you are witnessing. It's like you are a friend to everyone, and belong to everywhere. You are China, the spirit of China.

The young man, A Shu 阿树, is another great YouTuber, documenting unknown China. I cannot believe the two met here.

I've watched maybe tens of thousands of YouTube videos in maybe 15 years and you have made something really special with your channel, this kind of content that YT was made for and it's becoming increasingly rare to find because YT keeps promoting shorts and other garbage while this is the stuff that needs more views, you should be really proud with what you have done here and I'll always keep coming back for your next adventure.

The women are just stunning. Classicly beautiful. These tiny small villages you take us to Yan are a lesson in what a community truly means, and that money doesn't equate happiness, and that it is the simple pleasures in life that bring joy and meaning to our lives. The simple act of bringing a traveler in and sharing tea, sharing food, sharing in their customs with a traveler, you can see the joy on their faces and feel the great pride they have in their community and their way of life. I think of the Mastercard commercial. The experiences you have had could not be purchased at any price as they are truly "priceless." 😊❤

Amazing they speak the mandarin language! So many people do not see the harmony on this part of the world. True diversity, prosperity and harmony in humanity. Great eye opener.

I'm from Hunza Valley of Pakistan and half of our family lives in Dafdar and Taxkurgan. It's always been peaceful wherever our people live, whether it be in Pakistan, Badakshan Tajikistan or Xinjiang China. We are proud to be a part of a peaceful religion (Ismaili Muslims) and an ancient culture.

Wow! That was some party. Every one seemed very polite and kind. Thank you for sharing the experience with us. Weddings are very similar all over the world, lots of music, dancing and food. The ladies were dressed up really nicely with lots of smiles.

Beautiful video! Thank you! It's the first time I hear a Chinese person calling peoples of other races and mixed races, and cultures as Chinese. That is, Chinese as a nation and not as a race. I'd say welcome to the reality of the rest of the world: we are who we are (mixed), where we are and we don't identify ourselves as a race! Thank you again!
