One of those skills that looks a lot harder than it is. You don't even need to roll the ball back if you can scoop your foot under the ball far enough (try it on longer grass)

If you really want to get slick with it you have to learn to scoop the ball up, that way you have a lot more decision over the angle of release, its also quicker to do and you can turn with/into it, so its usable and useful in a match
