easier way for people who suck at doing it normal like me:First lift the ball up like how you would do to start juggling and make sure you lift up to abour your calves then lean back and then kick it.Ive done this before left my brother with broken ankles

I found an easier way to do it so first you scoop the ball in the air and then you kick it up and backwards
