I just installed the Pro Tact triggers and they are very sensitive. Love how short the trigger pull is (shorter than extremerate triggers) but it is very easy to activate them inadvertently. When I get a chance I might replace the tact switches with another kind. Anyway, the design is better than that of extremerate triggers and hopefully will prevent failures that some people like myself have been seeing, but if you like to rest your fingers on the triggers then you will need to re-learn how to hold your controller to avoid accidental activation.

Quick Update: I did a little bit of research and it seems that the switches used are the EVQ-Q2B03W by Panasonic. They need about 50gf to activate and are rated at 2mil. cycles which is very good. This series of switches is available with a higher operating force rating (100gf all the way up to 350gf) but with a smaller cycle rating at 1mil. I think the 130gf or 160gf switches would work well but we also have to take into consideration what the increased operating force may do to the flex board and the little plastic holder. I'm gonna order some and attempt a replacement which is always risky when desoldering and soldering on a flex board.

Update 2: Just replaced the tact switches with the 130 gram force Panasonics I mentioned above and it feels much better.

Update 3: I also modified the mouse click version and replaced the Omron switches with the D2ls-11 version. Kind of a pain to remove the original switches since there are 2 plastic pegs that protrude through the flex board and are melted flat on one of the switches. Those need to be removed first before desoldering the switch. Other than that it's well worth it.

Change the omron from blue actuator to white actuator which is what real digital tap scuf uses. The blue actuator 50 grams is too light and the 120 gram white omron actuator click feels better, Omron D2ls-11is what it’s called. Also if you could find a way to integrate those switches into back buttons not paddles would be nice

These will work with extreme rates remapping kit, correct? There really shouldn’t be an issue with swapping these with their digital triggers. I’d prefer mouse clicks over extreme rates clicks.
