Thanks for putting this up. Some of the options have changed - Oct 2023. In Flows: My flows, New flow, Build you own, Build an automated cloud flow. I'm now trying to figure out how to get a document acknowledgment that the supervisor receives and has to click on some type of "I accept" button to ensure they read e-mail.

Very helpful. If I have one Form, that when completed, I only want the feedback going to one individual, do I have to make a workflow for each individual? Or is there a way to choose the individual before the summary of the Form is sent?
