Interview Question: Do you like to work alone or with a team?

This interview question really doesn't have a correct or incorrect answer. Employers genuinely like to know the personality types of their candidates, especially since many different jobs can require independent work, teamwork or a mix of two.

So the best way to answer this is to show that can do both!
