I def need dynamic. I’ve been using nvidia broadcast with my condenser mic but it filters out too much natural sound.

I got the AKG LYRA microphone. It has front and back, wide and tight stereo settings. Excellent sound, picks up like my Blue Mouse did back in 1999, which I unfortunantky lost during covid quarantines.

I’ve been making music for 10 years, everything I’ve be ever recorded was through a yeti blue (condenser) mic. I love the sound but recently decided to upgrade and went with a shure sm7b (dynamic) mic. Probably the worst mistake I could’ve made lol. I hate how small and non colourful my voice sounds when I sing through a dynamic mic, no matter what EQ or mixing tricks I’ve tried. Any tips on a condenser mic that’s kinda similar to the yeti blue but a step up? $500 range
