Another lifesaver tip

If you think that your trimmer is clogged like it works when the head is open but stops or runs slow when you lock the head ....then it's a lubrication problem

Drop two to three drop of oil (i used coconut oil) inside the head, like on the motor part don't worry it won't malfunction....and problem solved

Brilliant! This little fix worked perfectly (and I didn't even have to take it apart this completely - but I totally see the reason of doing it in case the moving trimmer park is stuck somewhere or clogged up)

Thanks for the video. Your video motivated me to diagnose the issue. For me, it worked but not the way you showed by removing the blue part or by completely dismantling the upper part. What I found is that it is important to clean the blade after every use and one can do that by just pressing the arrow button upward and the blade backward simultaneously.

In my case I only needed to flip up the cutter to reveal all of the crud stopping the motor from working properly. Yep, just push upwards on the cutter and it unclicks as designed..

No need to unglue the blue part, the pins can be opened from inside the trimmer

what did you use for disassembly the blue part? what is the name of tool?

You have to be kidding me. From a marketing standpoint it might be better having someone explain to the viewer what the he'll the tech is doing instead of that annoying music. So what is he doing just taking it apart for the he'll of it. Not to mention he appears to be having a hard time doing it. LIKE INSERTING tweezers into 2 holes to extract some white crud. Directly behind the razor head is a half in piece of plastic. Hair ollects under there after you shave. That's the only reason I watched it and it was ignored. Of course I saw the entire razor taken apart for some reason.
