UFO - mysterious four lights meeting up and separating in the sky - SOLVED!!!

Today, I was totally shocked to see the same pattern again in the sky almost after a year. It was the same pattern that I saw last year when I was driving on the highway. Luckily, this time I wasn't driving on the highway, so I was easily able to pull my car off to the side of the road when I started to freak out about seeing those lights for the second time around. I was totally shocked and excited at same time and didn't know what to do. The only thing that I could do was to go home and post here about seeing those lights again. But fortunately, I was heading in a direction where the lights were coming from. I saw a light beam extending from the ground to the sky. I headed out to explore more about it, but it turned out to be one complete bummer. It was a four-headed searchlights projector which project beams of light to sky that can be seen for miles.

Below is the topix thread that was started, back in 2010 about these four weird lights. I am glad we finally have an answer.
