I am needing to give myself some help and ease in the future so today I made a whole bunch of easy freezer meals.
The 1st one we made was a sausage potato quiche casserole. The 2nd one was meatloaf, then we did a beef fajita, beef & broccoli teriyaki and then last we did a lasagna because did you even make freezer meals if you didn’t make lasagna.

Sausage potato quiche casserole :
4 russets potatoes, peeled and cut into 2” inch cubes
1/2 cup olive oil
salt & black pepper (to taste)
Granulated onion (to taste)
Granulated garlic (to taste)
10 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 pound of cooked sausage or you could use 1 pound bacon (cooked and chopped)
1 cup of shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Thyme to taste

I have been following from the getgo and your videos are only getting better! Keep them coming! You should make an Amazon wishlist and post an address where items/gifts can be sent. ❤

Having options of quick, homemade convenient meals when you need your energy elsewhere and don't want fast food is everything.

My mom always premade quiche and froze them. I am from a large family and my mom always made the quiche at the beginning of the month so when we would have all we had to do was thaw and bake. But she never had a problem with cooking them first and I'm 52 and I still precook mine without any issues. Did they give a reason on why it is better to freeze uncooked? I love the recipe ideas this week.
