As a 65 yo Lions fan I can assure you that everyone here on Detroit had that dopey, happy Lionel grin Sunday night.
I now live in a time where Goff and the offense have an "Off Day" because we only scored 31 points. Double digit defensive players on IR and we go 15-2..sweep the division games..and get the #1 seed and a bye week.
Going for it on 4th down 3-4 times a game is now just a normal game.

What’s Ironic about the Bengals-Patriots game is not only did if the Bengals won that they’d be in the Playoffs, but also the Patriots would have the #1 overall pick, so in hindsight, that game is the most beautiful lose-lose you’ll ever see
