I have a question, the delay delivery option works, but when I do a bulk of emails, the first email does not send - it sits on the NONE section and if I click on this email, the remainig emails do not send. I have wait until all the emails are gone and send the first email manually each time - what is causing this? any advice would be great.

I used the delay delivery exactly as shown for desktop thank you so much! It did not deliver on the date and time specified. under sent it says "none". I know this is an outlook issue but I welcome any suggestions for trouble shooting!

how do you get this to work when you are offline? when you close outlook it says you have emails in your outbox, and they don't send if you continue to close down, then sends when you reopen the outlook.

How do you send a delayed reply? Not from a new email.

Unfortunately this didn’t help me, I’ve been using scheduled emails for 2 years, no issues.
However since work issued us with a new laptop… it hasn’t been working correctly.

I know how to set up the email as per your instructions (been doing it for years)

I also know that you need to plugged into power and also have internet active at the same time….(and possibly not fully logged out either)

But I’ve made sure the above but no luck, Ive found that it only now sends once i log in manually. Previously I could just close the screen and walk away and it would send.
