I've always wondered how translators would translate Hodor's death scene in other languages. For example, in Polish "hold the door" is "trzymaj drzwi". ;-)

Honestly, GRRM should never have given the rights to GOT until he was finished. They ruined the final 2 seasons, but i bet they had enough of his actual plan (not developed or worked through), and now he doesn't want to go through with it because of the hate.
