There should be a huge area dedicated to growing algae or maybe there could be 2-10 huge stations for growing algae far away from civilization. If it was possible, we could make a device or multiple, waterproof, to reach the deepest depths of the ocean and make an outline. We can then, using advanced technology of the future to create walls so no plants or animals could come in. Then we could proceed to grow algae. (Just a theory of mine I honestly don't know anything). A much easier approach is taking up large land area in every continent except Antarctica and make a station producing algae that is as large as large as Texas(US), California(US), and Florida(US) combined.
