I disagree only because the true displacement came after that candle but I would also consider that breaker mitigated due to the hesitation on the way up. it would’ve needed to be all green candles passing through the breaker for me to consider it an active breaker block.

4 hour chart is power full. Notice how there is no fair value gap on the lower side. That means price well only go up using the fvg that you showed as support
