Music is extremely powerful- not just for the listener, but for the composer as well. It can heal. It can comfort. It can bring joy and inner peace. Or, in this case, it may do none of that. Composing a piece of music may not take away any of the pain that I experience, but it can help process and release intense and turbulent emotions, helping me stay grounded and find my bearings.⁣

This is one of my most emotional compositions, composed last year right after finding out that my beautiful 5 year old niece's cancer returned again - for the 3rd time.⁣

Please do a good deed in the merit of Sophie. May we all be reunited together with our loved ones very soon!⁣
