"...That you think is a classic cause you were a kid when you watched it" lmao ME to all my childhood movies.

For those of you that don't feel like following the trail of breadcrumbs left for you, when Tim Allen was in his 20's he got busted with a shitload of coke, and ratted out a bunch of other dealers to reduce his sentence. Served 2 or 3 years I think.

Tim Allen's recovery and story of turning his life around is actually really inspiring. He was into some pretty bad stuff before he took on his acting career.

This is one of the best/weirdest Christmas movies ever. A man accidentally kills Santa, becomes him after a magical legal document binds him with the spirit of Santa, has a existential crisis over it including questioning his sanity and endures PG body horror, gets into an absolutely stone-faced serious legal dispute over custody battles with his ex-wife, and gets arrested for kidnapping his son.

This is also my favorite Christmas movie ever. Tim Allen is in great form with this movie.

Thanks a lot. "I'm gonna go into the family business."
"Sooo. You're gonna kill your dad?". Bahahaha. Made me spit out my tea.

Holy crap! This is another time I'm blown away by how well you nailed it when I could never see the darkness of the movie before. This is all exactly right - it felt like a classic 'cause I watched it as a kid who loved Tim Allen in Home Improvement and totally missed what this world is actually like! And it's not even hidden implications that you don't notice until way later...

My dad worked on some of the set pieces on this movie. We got to keep some of the giant stuffed animals from Santa's Workshop!

This movie is officially ruined for me 😭😂😂 especially that last part "so you're going to kill your dad?"

2:45 Anyone else feel creeped out when the line "You look pretty good for your age." is taken out of context?

I never thought of “the Santa clause” was a parasite that morphs the host. I’ll never watch it the same way again

Do The Polar Express. That's one of my favourite Christmas movies.

I haven't seen this movie since it was relevant, and I never knew, up until he came on the screen, that I had a crush on Bernard.
WOW, what?
