I love how you can hear James’ musical style carry over from what was more subdued and atmospheric in Rain World into a retro-inspired nitro action/racing game with an arcade-y feel. It’s almost like the original vision for Rain World we never got to see when the focus went from “get the most points” to “survive the cycle.”

I think it’s kinda criminal that the most interacted comment is one about another game. So while I love Rainworld I’d say watch the trailer for THIS game. Not a previous work. They’re excited to do something new! Let’s be proud of them for their work!

Just came here to comment YES. This is the kind of stuff I'm here for! This looks very nice and I am excited to see how the team handles a 3D project. Not everything videocult does needs to be centered around rain world. Nor should it, this is NEW, this is EXCITING.

Not everything has to be Rain World. The creators can do whatever they want. There are enough modders to keep rain world alive for a long time. Support what they are doing next <3

To Videocult: I'm super excited what this project turns into and knowing your level of quality that you put into Rain World as a whole, I know that this new thing will be a success.

I absolutely agree that Rain World is a masterpiece, and I can't get enough of it either, but VIDEOCULT can do whatever they want, and if they want to branch out into other projects, that is completely fine
considering it's VIDEOCULT making the game it's probably gonna be incredible as well too; let them do their thing, their life and portfolio isn't just Rain World

To VIDEOCULT: good luck on development and everything!! although I'm not a big fan of racing games, the game seemed pretty fun, the music was banging and I know there's definitely gonna be more to it than meets the eye :>

I really hope you can manouver the bike more with the metal pipe like shown in the trailer. Would be absolutely sick to make tight curves by embedding the pipe in the wall corners (or the roof to make a backflip). Also, the possibility to customize the bike adding things like chainsaws to do damage to other players.

This is totally unexpected but still looks awesome. Doing something so different from Rain World was not what I had anticipated, but I'm really interested in how you guys tackle different genres and it'll probably be great for the studio in the long run to be varied. Super excited.

I remember seeing a clip from the trailer on twitter a few months ago and thinking "damnnn that's beautiful." It looks like it's part of a game but the poster didn't say much and comments didn't help either so I assumed it was someone's art piece and not a whole game. Very happy and exited to see how it turns out.

The other fancams after the first one weren't overhyped and they were called famcams in the title

That makes me think we're finally going to see what this signal project is all about and i really hope it's a lot like rain world
