I prefer scrunching with a cotton shirt or a microfiber towel when my hair is wet plopping and waiting a couple minutes until it's 80% dry then going in with my blow dryer

I've never owned a blow dryer in my life. And never let the salon blow-dry my hair after cutting. I'm 28 and use absolutely 0 heat on my air. Ive been air drying all my life. And my hair is very healthy.

That makes no sense to me . If one leaves their hair alone while wet, what is damaging it in the first place ? That would mean that just relaxing with wet hair damages it .
