The Ninth Doctor Confronts Palpatine Part 1

This is an Edit I have thought about and wanted to do for a while, I wasn't sure how I was going to edit it together, and here it is! I hope you all Enjoy it.

Most of the Dooku and Palpatine Rotoscopes are by @JarJarStudiosPlus so credit to them. There are a few I did myself, I just wanted to save some time when making this Edit since A lot of editing went into the Scenery of the Chancellors Office and All the Boom Town Rotoscopes.

You know, I dont think i have ever imagined The Doctor trying to take on Palpatine before, but now that you have made me think about it, I think prequel palpatines shadowy plots and political shenanigans would make him an excellent foe for The Doctor. Though the Doctors ability to time travel would give him a pretty unfair advantage.
