I have dependent comboboxes where user selects medical specialty from combobox1 and depending upon which specialty is selected (say, surgeons) the surgeon types are populated in combobox2, then for the type selected from combbox2 the names of the surgeons are listed in comobobox 3. I have a separate worksheets with the names of surgeons by specialty, and when user selects a doctor from combobox3 I would like the textbox for "provider" to populate automatically with that provider's contact information but I am not having any success.  Each type of provider has its own worksheet (piediatric, oral, foot, etc), and all of the worksheet ranges are named the same on each worksheet (address, phone, provider name, email, etc).  How do I accomplish?
