If Blanchard was freed from prison after killing her own mother and serving less than 8 years... well, it's high time the 2 brothers were released from prison! Either Blanchard goes back to prison, either the Menendez brothers are released and right now because 34 years (and counting...) is a very long time. Like I said, Blanchard served less than 8 years and in both cases, they were abused.

I followed this case very closely and have kept up with it for years. I lived in my home State of Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City, so a large Metropolitan area, when this and the trial happened. Then we were sent to Southern California and were there for 23 years. We raised our kids in SoCal. I was a stay at home Mom, we are Christians, I even put my youngest in a Private Christian HS. I will say this. Those Brothers were SPOILED ROTTEN, as far as Material things and money go. It is different life in SoCal. It’s ridiculous!!! The love of money and material things… they worship them, and it’s their identity!!! BUT, there was something really really wrong in that house!!! I believed at the time, that the Father was not a good guy behind closed doors. He might have even been a monster!! I think the Mom allowed things to happen, to herself and the boys, to keep her lifestyle. I am not sure if she SA’d them or not. If that is the case, that is EVIL TOO!! And with all the horrific things we are learning that has gone on in that area for, to kids wanting to break out in Hollywood, etc. I do believe they were abused. Physically, emotionally and SA. If they had done it to protect themselves as they were being came at, right at that moment. No problem. But to bust in and shoot like mobsters at sitting ducks… this is a tough one.
