This came right on time for me. I was battling with this right before work today. Had to stop the abuse and realize I am enough, I do matter, and I am lovable at this stage in my life. I'm taking this day by day. Thank you.

I did the RTT Training she offers. This has changed my life completely and I still absorb every word she is saying even though it is repetition. We need this repetition to finally believe it ourselves. So healing. I tell my kids so often how much I love them, how great they are and how much fun it is to be with them. May they grow up knowing they are worth EVERYTHING in life.

7:10 made me weep like a baby. I hated my grandmother, she was so mean and abusive. Every day with her was like being a trapped animal, waiting for the next beating. Even though I know (now) that my mother, who is mentally ill, couldn't cope, I still resented her for throwing me away. But hearing Marisa speak my reality, which is and was the reality of so many other people, made me feel tremendous peace in a way that fifteen years of therapy hasn't. Every word Marisa speaks is like a wonderful medicine to me.

You know that you were meant to watch a video when the guest mentions pollyanna in the last few minutes and the film you have paused to watch, is Pollyanna 😮😊

I recently had this conversation with a participant about giving herself the gift of forgiveness. You won't be able to move forward or find love and joy without letting go of the past. If you want to find yourself again, you have to let go of the 'shoulds' and the 'if onlys'. And instead, give yourself the gift of a fresh start. I love that Marisa talked about how we speak to ourselves. 💜

My daughter asked me when she was about 8 ...would i still love her if she never got A levels. I told her i would love her exactly the same if she got a million A levels or none. Why. She asked. Because i love you and you are my daughter....i love you no matter what.

If you don’t take care of yourself you can’t take care of anyone else. You have to treat yourself like you matter and Make yourself your number 1 priority.

The oncologist was worried about my mental health when I was diagnosed. I was not panicking but looked at my husband and intuitively told him that I was going to heal myself. I did have a mastectomy but didn’t need chemotherapy. And I’m grateful for the recovery time which I use to study 📖

Lewis, as a journalist, I would like to say that you are one of the best interviewers out there and it is real pleasure to listen to your podcasts! Your questions are deep, well articulated and on time. You listen to your guests carefully and withe the respect. You participate actively in the conversation, but not monopolize it! Great job! And this Marisa Peer is amazing! What an insightful, life-changing, deep dialogue… Thank you! This is a jewel podcast!! ❤️❤️

My experience: Energy frequencies get out of whack by shocks, traumas, and THEN the thoughts, assumptions & misinterpretations follow. It's the energy of the frequency that will or won't allow changes to take hold or change easily and that can be changed!

Amazing interview! Marisa is so clear in her thinking and is so articulate. Her words drive home. And your responses and the questions you ask her Lewis adds to it all.

I'm starting to reconnect to myself as I've been lost for awhile. I've had to be my own cheerleader too. Thanks.

YES! I avoid the “news” & try to avoid negative people, or at least really listen to them & try to understand where their attitude comes from and tell myself that their problem isn’t mine. Sometimes that’s easier said than done, but I find myself repeating the phrase (don’t remember where I heard it) “ What people say about you is REALLY about THEM!”
