I’ve had my 2025 JCW for a few days now and it really is fantastic. The interior is so fun and packed with features. If you’re looking into it - give it a fair chance and go test drive one, the interior is very solid despite what some people are saying online. I came from BMWs and Volvos don’t feel the quality is any less - and this mini is made in Germany!

I got my countryman last May, and absolutely love it. I have a question I am in the US and my car is the iconic trim with confort max plus but my car doesn’t have the personal mode? Is this feature available in the US?

Hello, I placed an order for my Mini Countryman electric vehicle from the authorized Mini dealer in Ankara, Turkey, on July 13, 2024, and purchased it on July 27, 2024. My vehicle arrived without ambient lighting and the eight driving modes (4VF). I have been negatively affected due to the incomplete information provided about this issue. Could you please advise me on the technical steps I can take to have this equipment added to my vehicle?

I found the personal section in the app and it says my photo was successfully updated. But it still shows nothing in my car? How do you get the personal mode to show up in the car itself?

Cannot for the life of me get photos to show up in personal mode. They load and show on the app but never appear in the car and always goes back to 1st default photo.
