I am 45 my first perimenopause symptom started with my left upper arm, pain and inflammation and soreness .I suffered over 2 years with my arm .had it checked hospital, blood tests etc ..from doctor to doctor and they found nothing wrong .I'm taking 300 magnesium glycinate, plus omega 3 and vitamin d3 k2 .I suffered too with terrible migraines.had a brain scan , all normal .I stopped caffeine as you mentioned in 1 of your videos and it has really helped with my migraines and anxiety .I stay dehydrated thru out the day .thanks for your videos. 😊

I started perimenopause in my late forties. I experienced palpitations which led calling an ambulance bc I thought I was gonna die lol..but survived thank God.. everything seemed to be fine until….
Now, in my mid-sixties, believe or not, I am going through menopause.. which of course blew me away with hot flushes, knee pain which btw had lessen thanks to castor oil and cayenne pepper.
I also mix yoga with light weights and beginning to feel much better. So ladies, wake up as this no easy task..dance along the way as it’ll help immensely in the long road ahead.
Blessings 😊

Thank you Dr. Aileen ; very interesting. I recognise some of the symptoms you have mentioned. Joint pain, I use magnesium, massage the ligaments around the knees/at the back of the knees with coconut-oil, change my diet ( feeling 80% full, not more!!), enough water, Vit D/at this moment enjoying the sun, enough rest/sleep, reading the Bible/praying, e. o. A few year now, NO LEGS PAINS!! GOD BLESS YOU!!, for❤❤ helping lots of women. 🙏🏻

Oh gosh Eileen where to begin. I began perimenopause at 45 I am 47 now. Lots of pain my shoulders, upper back and front chest. X ray showed nothing. My doctor did say I had costochondritis which gets very painful. I stretch and exercise to help but it helps only a bit. There are days where my body is so stressed the pain is so bad I cry. I wake up with upper back pain too not sure if it’s my pillow or what. Neck pain too that radiates to my ear and head. I’m taking magnesium 400mg, vitamin d, fish oil, glucosamine but I feel like the joint pain hasn’t gotten better. I don’t know what I’m missing? Bless you Eileen for keeping us informed. ❤Your videos have helped me greatly to ease anxiety too. What a horrible transition we go through. 😢

Hi Eileen! 😊 I use collagen peptides powder and hyaluronic acid capsules for joint pain. In perimenopause I was just using collagen peptides, but since being in menopause I added Hyaluronic acid because the pain came back. The Hyaluronic acid helps with keeping my joints lubricated as well as providing lubrication to my eyes and other areas. I feel so much better taking them both.

Thanks for the tips. Pain in the morning is really tough. Also pain in my hips. I’ve been trying to do exercises to open up my hips and make walking easier. I’m trying to improve my sleep quality and quantity as well.

Definitely get joint pain, problems with my left arm in the upper muscle and shoulder. Keep hydrated and try to do exercise but with the different aches and pains not easy. Now been told by my dentist my gums are receding. Menopause is really challenging. Hope I can get some relief out the other side?
