Wonderful bravo i feel so much better know to get my rest of the room cleaned up ive been procrastinating so much becsuse i workput and my muscles my legs are sore and my back im tired lol ive been decluttering and cleaning my room giving it a deep clean and im finally off work in. Did you make this video for me😘? I have been listening to Isochronic tones and other frequencies for days now to help relieve the ache in the muscles of my upper back and upper arms. I have done nothing physical that would have caused this much discomfort. It is my belief that my muscles are loosening their life long tension and therefore releasing the junk that has been embedded in my muscles for a very long time.
