Speaker Johnson Fact Checked

After the Biden classified document report was released, House Speaker Mike Johnson claimed that President Biden "broke the law" in his mishandling of classified documents. According to MSNBC legal analyst Andrew Weissmann, Johnson's claim is dead wrong. "People need to stop saying that the report concluded that the president committed a felony," said Weissmann, "There may be many things about the report... that people want to point to, but they should start by actually reading the report and dealing with the actual facts as to what was found and what was not found."
