It’s Thursday! I can’t wait to see everyone’s thrift haul this week.
I did something different. My friend Lynn was in Saskatchewan and met Mike from Prairie Boys Antiques in Melfort. He sent us a box full of wonderful goodies.

Wonderful collection, thanks for letting us ohhh and ahhhh along with you. I remember those lottery tickets and sitting down with my parents watching the lottery being drawn numbers live on tv. The Mark 10 coupons were from cigarette packages, they would be collected and when you had enough you could redeem them for different things that were offered in a special catalog.

What a FABULOUS collection of deep cut canadiana! Well done clocking the German diary. Such a precious record book. The Star Weekly used to come out every Saturday and was sort of their weekly “magazine” of articles and general interest pieces. Thank you so much for sharing this with us! 💕

WOW!!! What a FABULOUS HAUL!!! Love it all. Photos are amazing. Especially wedding photo. Magazine. Journal book is unbelievable!!! The telephone #'s, dates, prices, old ads!! All simply unbelievable!!! I've never seen papers like that in a thrift stores. Maybe estate sale. I'm so jealous!!! I think its best haul I've ever seen. I've been wanting to go to some estate sales. How fantastic you will save those little pieces of history!!! Super nice!!! TFS!
