You found some treasures for this sharing with us. Love the last book. I have not been to a thrift store for a while now because I spend more than I should. I wish more jj makers would accept glossy papers as being fine…..I personally do not mind them and have so many gorgeous pictures from books that I shy away from using. I had acquired a large lot of antique and vintage doilies that had been heavily starched with a sugar based concoction. I soaked them in warm water with 1/3 cup white vinegar a few times. Then rinsed with a warm water / 1teaspoon baking soda bath. They came out pretty soft.

I just recently learned about faux Polaroids to put in journals. Maybe you could use some of those glossy pages for that.

Hi Marnel, the first fabric ribbon is really pretty so is the Incision lace. It almost looks like the embroidery pieces are a table runner and place mats or like you said a couch runner. It would be very pretty if your take on the project of embroidering them. Great find on the music book. It’s hard to fine it in landscape.
