I think it would be better if the gills of the flying type Wooper be like two prongs connected by a membrane like a wingsuit, to make it look more organic and cohesive.

Decided to make little Dex entries for these

Fairy Wooper
These Wooper were bred to be as lovable as possible. It’s pattern and gills change color depending on how well it’s Trainer treats it.

Fighting Wooper
This line of Wooper are strong willed, and will protect smaller Pokemon from bigger threats. These Wooper also show immense loyalty to their Trainers.

Normal Wooper
An ancient ancestor to the modern Wooper and Chansey. They have long since passed away, but it’s relatives still live on.

Ghost Wooper
These Wooper are vengeful, and seek out those who hurt it. It’s said that scientists perform experiments on this species, trying to find a connection to infinite energy.

Psychic Wooper
They have opened their third eye, unlocking dormant psychic powers that baffled researchers. They are said to see the truth of Pokémon.

Dark Wooper
A noturnal breed of Wooper, they mostly are active at night. It uses its gills to attract bug type Pokémon in order to eat them.

Bug Wooper
It’s ironic to see a Wooper become what it eats. It loves to bury itself in holes to play with other Pokémon. It also enjoys the vibrations that its seekers make.

Rock Wooper
These Wooper developed a rocky hide similar to that of marble. They love to pose and the positions it makes are said to inspire statues.

Flying Wooper
These Wooper are thrill seekers. They often jump off of tall trees, and do something similar to skydiving.

Electric Wooper
With its intriguing typing, it eats electricity from exposed wire. When caught doing this, it will quickly flee the scene.

Ground Wooper
Now a pure ground type, these Wooper use camouflage to hide from both predator and prey.

Grass Wooper
It’s said that these Wooper share a symbiotic relationship with a special algae when they are still eggs. The same algae as also been seen in its cells.

Ice Wooper
A species of Wooper that were forced into the northern regions, and had to adapt to the harsh conditions. They have been seen able to freeze themselves, and are completely fine when thawed out.

Steel Wooper
Very hardy, these Wooper enjoy both bathing in and eating molten steel. It’s unknown how they are able to do this.

Fire Wooper
These Wooper have appeared in legends, and was seen as a fire elemental. They live near volcanoes, and are said to be able to exhale fire.

Dragon Wooper
It’s size is immense, dwarfing even Quagsire. It is said that at a certain age, these Wooper evolve into powerful swamp dragons.

I know Quagsire isn’t as loved as Wooper, but I would like to see Quagsires or a new evolution of each Wooper

Edit: I’ve now seen Paldean Wooper’s evolution, and I love it

I love the designs, it’s just the flying type that feels out of place. If the parachutes were more organic or looked like organs and not like a mod added on by scientists and their experimentations. A similar concept to have something that acts like a parachute, just not actual parachutes.

The Olm, a type of blind cave axolotl was thought to be baby dragons in the past, that could of made good inspiration for the dragon type wooper

I wish they would actually do this idea or even make a future starter Pokémon inspired by an axolotl! Also the grass & fire types are my favourites, but I love all of them!

My thoughts on all the Woopers

Fairy: definitely a lovable wooper like it's concept and it's one of my favorite types
Fighting: good concept, good job
Normal: Chansooper, or i guess, woopansey
Ghost: I like the shadowy wisp parts of the gills
Psychic: another one of my favorite types, i just think it looks great
Dark: While I'm not much of a Dark type fan, I think that this one was one of my favorites because it's not evil, but rather a night Wooper. Cause again, how could such an adorable and majestic pokemon be evil?
Bug: a bug
Rock: This could fit in a Greek inspired region that I'm making called the Chirena region
Flying: very creative with the sky diving references
Electric: Yet another favorite type of mine, having a supercharged snack is adorable
Ground: good
Grass: The inspiration behind it is something I did not know before, but did you just blow my mind. Also it's very nice
Ice: Little icicle
Steel: Very good
Fire: It looks like a little volcano monster
Dragon: All hail King

Can I get a WOOP WOOP!!

also i don't know if anyone noticed, but the dragon wooper looks like it has Coballion's color scheme. It works because both Coballion and dragon Wooper have ways to command others

once we get the evolution for Paldean Wooper I hope you come up with your own versions, I could see it either being just a Paldean Quagsire or a wholly new pokemon, and both would be very fun
