what about simplifying a ratio such as; 0.68:8?? it does not have a number places in the whole sections.

What if it's 0.125:100 like that? Im trying to conver percent to a ratio of a number to 100 then simplify

but what if you have numbers like these: 3.8 : 4.4 : 2? I did 38 : 44 : 22 but this only reduced it to 19 : 22 : 10

lol... won't help at all if you have something like:
0.8465...:4.8026...
due to the rounding and inaccuracy from the previous steps of calculation. 
You have to use trial and error and I got roughly 3:17 in the end

But what if one decimal only has a tenths while the other is hundredths? Meaning, what if they are mixed?
