In this video we will show you how to restore an old oak table that is 50 years old. We will begin the restoration of the table by disassembling the table into two parts. We carefully separate each part of the table from each other. the main problem of restoration will be a large number of nails.
We'll show you how to hide the holes from these nails, as well as various tricks that you can repeat when restoring old furniture. A large amount of material on the restoration was filmed, and we decided to divide it into two parts. Happy viewing.

Glad to hear workshop noises instead of music 😃

Thank the big guy in the sky for people like you ... spending time and energy bringing something back to life ... too often items like this would be chucked away as it's not modern (IKEA!!) ... can't wait to see it finished.

You have no idea how happy it makes me feel to see that you are the first person who puts dowls in holes that actually focus on the grain direction. When people just put the dowls in and after sanding it flat and i see the grain off from the main surface, i creench. As if i can remove it myself and fix the problem😆🤣

I love that you show your dog in between. He seems to be still young and well behaved too. I got 4 dogs of my own and would definitely include them in any video I make. Great work on restoring that table.
