My bar slips from my hand and when i am at the top motion where we have bring our chest out it gets to the tip of my fingers, just tell me where to place the bar at the start of the lift.

I hook grip it and it still slips out of my fingers, my hands are pretty small tho

I finally hit 120kg but my grip has failing me, I know I can hit more but after 5 - 6 reps the bar just slips it’s really frustrating, and I don’t want start using straps just yet.

Or used mixed grip or use straps. Deadlift is not a grip exercise. Bring those lady-like delicate paws, it's ok.
